I’m Gaby, an Impact Entrepreneur, Hotelier, Certified Health Coach, Trauma Informed Coach and a Recovering Skin Picker AND Hair Puller.

I battled both dermatillomania and trichotillomania for over 25 years. Today I live a LIFE OF FREEDOM FROM BFRBs and I’m a living proof YOU can overcome it too.

I believe that quitting Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors starts with looking deep into your soul, recognizing the underlying wounds, reparenting your inner child and holistically healing the (big or little T) traumas that led to the behavior in the first place.

As a lifelong traveler across 6 continents, I am a devout student of indigenous wisdom from around the world and a big believer that ANCIENT PRACTICES COMBINED WITH MODERN SCIENCE is what leads to the biggest breakthroughs.
